Production Time: Standard Production Time is 7-21 working days depending on quantity. Rush may be available upon request. Additional charges may apply. Some items are subject to extended production times due to stock availability.
Apparel Sizes: Some apparel items may be available in sizes not listed on this website. If you require sizes above 2XL, or a size not listed, please contact ATIP directly.
Screen Charge (T-Shirts Only): $20.00 per color/location (depending on quantity).
Run Charges: Cost will vary per item and quantity.
Less Than Minimum Orders: Cost will vary per item and quantity.
PMS Color/Thread Color Match: $40.00 per color.
Paper Proof Charge: $10.00-$20.00 depending on item.
Over/Under Runs: 5% to 10% of Total Ordered (depending on quantity).
Order Change Charge: Example - (Logo, PMS Color, or Size of Imprint) Additional charges may apply.
Cancellation/Restocking Fee: 15% Of Total Order Amount
Rush Charge: 20% more than individual item price. To request Rush Ship please contact Customer Service at 1.904.743.4000.
Samples: Samples may be available on some products. Contact ATIP for details on ordering samples. Client is responsible for purchase of Samples after 30 days. All Blank Samples Must Be Returned In 30 Days To ATIP or Account Will Be Charged. ATIP will absorb Freight.
Returns: No returns on logoed merchandise unless defective. Merchandise must be inspected by ATIP and approved for credit.
Drop Ship Charge: $5.00 per each additional location (larger items may vary).
Payment: Net 15
Art Requirements (new artwork): When dealing with new artwork or new logos, please submit artwork to ATIP as vector-based EPS files. All fonts should be converted to curves. Any rasterized images (photos, for example) should be a minimum of 300 dpi in resolution and may be submitted as Photoshop, TIF or JPG formats. If suitable artwork is unavailable, ATIP may be able to create it for an additional charge. Artwork charges are billed at $50.00 per hour (one hour minimum).
